How to make
Heat the carbonated water and dissolve the fresh yeast in it. Add the salt and sugar. Stir well and leave for 10 min. for the yeast to activate.
Add the olive oil and sifted flour to the mixture. Knead a soft dough, smear it with more olive oil and leave to rest for 2-3 hours.
Stretch out the risen dough in an oiled tray, press the edges with your fingers to form a crust.
In a bowl, stir together the tomato paste, homemade chutney and ketchup. Smear the dough on top with it. Sprinkle pieces of diced salami, corn, grated feta cheese and olives.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. When it looks like your pizza is nearly baked, take it out and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese crisps.
