  • flaxseed - 2 tbsp.
  • chia - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

  • tomato chutney - 2 tbsp.
  • olives - 10 - 12 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)

How to make

Today I have a healthy pizza for you, which does not need to be kneaded, but does not in any terms affect its taste.

Oat bran is rich in fiber and many other beneficial components. They are low in calories but high in fiber and protein. They are a rich source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, regulating the level of cholesterol and helping the full absorption of vitamin C in the body.

The recommended daily dose is 3 tablespoons.

I chose to make the flourless pizza with just olives and mozzarella, but you can improvise with the toppings. In this case it is vegetarian pizza.

I put the yogurt in a bowl and added the soda to it. I stirred and waited for it to activate.

Then I added salt, pepper, olive oil, oat bran, oats, ground flaxseed and chia seeds in sequence.

I mixed everything with a spoon and left the mixture for 20 minutes, during which time I heated the oven to 390°F (200°C).

I covered a pizza pan with parchment paper and spread it with a little oil. I spread the mixture on a thin crust, by using a spoon and put it to bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes.

Then I took the crust out of the oven, spread the homemade tomato chutney and arranged the toppings on top.

I put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

That time was enough.

I waited a bit for it to cool, sprinkled it with finely chopped fresh basil and oregano and I sliced it.

Then all that was left was to enjoy this delicious and healthy pizza with oat bran crust.
