How to make
Beat the eggs well, add the oat bran and milk together with a pinch of baking soda and salt. Add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped ham and mix well.
Season it with a little salt and pepper. Grab a large spoonful of the mixture and pour it in a hot and lightly greased Teflon pan.
Bake the pancakes with oat bran on both sides.
