In a bowl pour the oat bran with water (hot but not boiling), add the honey and leave it to soak for 25 minutes.
While I wait, I weigh the flour and grind the flaxseed. It can also be crushed in a mortar, if you don't want it to be grinded that finely.
When 25 minutes have passed, turn on the bread maker for 2 minutes on the BAKING program. Turn it off and put the butter in the container of the machine to melt. Pour the soaked bran and all of the other products in the order in which they are listed and turn on the bread maker on the WHOLE BREAD program, setting it for 2.2 lb (1 kg) and medium toasted crust.
Keep an eye on the kneading process, because regardless of the specified weights, the composition and method of application of the products suggests that a correction is possible.
The dough is softer than a standard one, but there should not be any dough on the stirrers. If necessary, add a little more flour. Or water, but this is less likely to be needed. It is important to keep an eye.
Once the bread is done, take it out of the bread maker and leave it to cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes, but an hour is desirable.
If desired, various preferred seeds can be added, once the signal goes off.
