How to cook
Peel and mash a piece of banana into a puree.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites, until they become foamy, add the protein powder, oat bran, milk and salt.
Add the banana puree and mix well. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes for the oat bran to swell. The mixture will thicken.
It's best to have a non-stick pan with a lid for these pancakes.
Place the pan on the stove. Brush the bottom with olive oil, using a silicone brush and once it's nicely heated, stir the pancake mix again and pour half of it.
Put the lid on briefly. Turn the pancake over to cook on the other side, by putting the lid back on briefly. The pancakes are made fast.
Spread the protein pancakes thinly with peanut butter and fold or roll them. Decorate them with peanut butter and cashews.
