Ingredients

  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) grated
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • oranges - 1 tsp, grated orange peel
  • oil
  • jam - a choice of blueberries, blackberries, or figs

How to make

Put the eggs, flour, milk, sugar and orange peel in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Finally, add the ground walnuts to the mix.

Pour a scoop of dough at a time into a pre-greased and heated skillet and fry the pancakes. Turn to fry the other side with a spatula. Garnish the walnut pancakes with a jam from dark fruits.
