How to make
In a large tray, pour in the oil, put it in the oven, turn it on to 410°F (210 °C) and while it's heating up prepare your pancake mixture.
Mix the eggs, flour, salt, milk and baking soda. Pour it into the tray with the heated oil. Bake until golden.
Smear the pancake with a spread of your choice and roll it up.
