How to cook
Sift the flour with baking powder. Separately, beat the egg yolks with milk and mix them with the flour until smooth. Optionally, you can add a pinch of sugar. Separately beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Once you get a thick snow, carefully join the whites together with the yolk mixture. Preheat a lightly greased non-stick pan.
Pour a large spoonful of the mixture and cook the Canadian flapjacks on both sides in the usual way.
