How to make
To the whipped with baking soda yoghurt, add the beaten eggs and a pinch of salt. Add the flour slowly and under continuous stirring. Stir until you get a dough with a thick density.
Preheat a greased clay dish and pour the mixture to cover the bottom evenly using a ladle.
Bake the flapjacks evenly on both sides. Brush each ready flapjack with butter and arrange on top of one another. The ready Rhodope flapjacks are covered with a towel to smother.
Serve with honey.
