How to make
Melt the butter. Beat the eggs, add the yoghurt and baking soda, then the flour, and finally the crumbled feta cheese.
Smear the phyllo pastry sheets with butter, put 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture on and roll up along the length of the sheet. Arrange in an oven dish.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C), with no fan on, for 35 min. Remove the pie, smear it with the remaining butter and bake another 5 min. with the fan on. Smother it for 10-15 minutes.
