How to make
These pancakes really beoome super fluffy and soft. When I first made them I was surprised. They are now frequently on our table.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
The yolks are beaten with the rest of the ingredients, the whites - separately. Then they are mixed carefully, by stirring slowly with a wooden spoon, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a pan greased and heated with oil, a ladleful of the mixture is poured in the middle and it is left to spread out on it (*I use a small pan and a small ladle).
They are baked at a medium to low temperature (* I bake them at 5-6th degree out of a possible 9 on my stove) for about 3-4 minutes on one side and only about thirty seconds on the other, so that they remain fluffy.
In the original recipe, they aren't baked on the other side at all, but I have a small child and I decided that I would lightly bake them anyway. They are arranged on a plate and smeared with butter.
They are served with whatever you like and... With lots of love!
The Small Fluffy Pancakes are ready.
