How to cook
Mix together the sifted flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the whites to a fluffy snow, mix the beaten yolks with the milk, stir well.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients with a spatula while stirring. Add the beaten whites and stir slowly and carefully until the 2 mixtures combine into a fluffy batter. Add the crumbled feta cheese and mix it carefully with the mixture.
Heat a pan with a nonstick coating, smear it with a little butter, pour in 1/2 cup of the mixture and quickly spread it out along the bottom of the pan by shaking it.
Once bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake, flip it over and fry briefly. Serve warm with your favorite jam.
