How to make
Put the yeast in the cool water with the sugar and salt. Leave it to rise.
Pour the ready yeast into the sifted flour, add the yoghurt and eggs and knead a soft dough.
Once the dough doubles its volume, divide it into 7-8 balls. Roll out each one into a sheet, dip them in the melted lard, put on some of the filling made from the feta cheese and eggs. Roll up the sheet.
Arrange the pieces in a suitable container (preferably a deeper one) and leave to rise again. Bake in the oven until golden.
Sprinkle the prepared feta cheese pie with a little water and leave it to soften.
