How to cook
Beat the eggs with the cream very well. I use a wire whisk, not a mixer.
Then add the flour, baking powder and sweetener.
Mix well and leave the mixture for about 5 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the pan slightly and grease it with butter. Scoop out the mixture and pour it lightly into the middle of the pan and make a circle.
My pancakes are 5.5″ (14 cm) in diameter, but you can easily make them bigger. In that case they will be fewer in number.
The pancakes are baked on medium heat. I use a silicone spatula for easier turning.
The keto pancakes with sour cream are ready.
