Here's an idea for mornings when you want to eat healthy and no be left hungry.
All of the ingredients without the yellow cheese are mixed in a bowl. Mix them well and set them aside for ten minutes, in which the husk will absorb moisture and rise slightly.
If you don't want them to rise, you can skip the baking powder (the ones in the photos are without it). Bake them in a pan without fat or with a few drops it.
When they are ready on one side, turn them over, sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese on the already baked half.
You get 4 medium-sized pancakes, which in combination with some fruit are quite a filling portion.
