For these keto oatmeal pancakes, mix and stir the oatmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, milk, a few drops of oil or butter and the egg in a bowl.
Set the mixture aside for a while.
During this time, heat the pan to medium heat.
Pour the keto pancake mixture with a small ladle.
Bake the pancakes on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
