How to cook
The eggs are separated into yolks and whites.
Cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener are added to the yolks. Beat with a whisk.
Beat the egg whites well. Then they are gradually added to the mixture with the yolks, by mixing with a spatula.
The waffle mixture should become fluffy.
Put the mixture into the waffle iron and bake the pancakes.
I have not greased the waffle iron with anything, but judge for your own. I made almost 4 fluffy pancakes. The last one was smaller.
