  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cream cheese - 2 oz (60 g)
  • salt

How to make

The zucchini are grated on the finer part of the grater. They are not salted and there is no waiting for them to release the water.

Immediately strain through cheesecloth or strainer. In this case, I use a strainer for nut milk. I chose this option because I wanted the zucchini to be smaller.

The eggs are mixed with cream cheese and spices. Then they are poured into the zucchini and everything is mixed.

The pan must be greased with oil or other fat before each pancake. The pan should not be on the stove when pouring the mixture. The pancakes are very easy to shape with the back of the ladle.
