How to make
Beat the egg, then add the melted and cooled butter. Mix with sour cream and salt.
Combine the flour and baking powder separately and add to the beaten mixture. Knead the dough. Place in a plastic bag and let sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove the dough from the bag and roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangle.
Cut it into strips, which are then cut into smaller pieces.
Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the crackers.
Spread each one with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
The crackers with sour cream are ready.
