How to make
In a non-stick pan on low heat put 2 tbsp. butter, add the eggs and stir constantly with a spatula.
When the eggs start to thicken, remove the pan from the heat, but continue stirring. Then put it back on the stove and repeat this action several times.
The eggs should be fluffy and soft. They are ready in 3-4 minutes.
Finally add the remaining spoonful of butter and sour cream and stir.
Season the scrambled eggs with salt, white pepper, thyme and chives.
