How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese, mix. Peel both onions. Cut the onion into crescents and the spring onion into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan on the stove, put the onions in there and fry briefly. Add the spring onion and fry until golden.
Finally, add the eggs and stir. Stir and cook until the eggs are ready, for a few minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper and hot pepper flakes.
Serve the scrambled eggs as they are in the pan with homemade bread.
