How to make
Peel the onion and cut it into crescents.
Heat olive oil in a pan on the stove.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, milk and grated feta cheese.
Season with black and hot red pepper and stir.
Put the onion in the pan and fry for a few minutes until soft and golden.
Pour the egg mixture over the onion, leave for a few seconds and then stir.
Cook the eggs for a minute or two until ready, being careful not to burn and dry them.
Serve with meat, sausage or grilled meat.
