How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt.
Add crumbled feta cheese and sausage, cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil and pour the egg mixture into a pan.
Stir until the eggs are coagulated.
Pour into a plate, sprinkle with a pinch of red pepper on top and serve the scrambled eggs with a sprig of fresh parsley.
