How to make
Peel the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Fry them in hot oil until soft.
Cut the peeled sausages into pieces and add them to the mushrooms.
When they start to get a brownish tan, crack the eggs / one by one in a separate bowl / and add them to the mushrooms and sausages.
Stir constantly until the eggs are ready. Season with salt.
Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with parmesan.
