Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 XL
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g) mushrooms
  • ham - 5.3 oz (150 g) or to taste
  • garlic powder - 1 - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt to taste
  • cheese - about 3.5 oz (100 g) for sprinkling
  • parsley - fresh, for sprinkling
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp. soft

How to make

Clean the mushrooms by peeling them and lightly cleaning them with a damp cloth. Cut them into thin slices.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

Heat the butter and oil (you can also use olive oil) over high heat and fry the mushrooms.

They should be in one layer with a small distance between them, not in a pile.

This way they will become golden and juicy, they will be sealed without releasing their juice, and they will not release too much sauce.

Add the ham and fry it briefly.

Crack the eggs, salt, and season with black pepper and garlic powder and stir quickly to scramble the eggs and make them stick to the other products and mix everything well.

Arrange the scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm.
