  • leeks - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 0.5 lb (250 g)
  • spring garlic - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 7 - 8 pcs.
  • salt
  • red pepper
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Peel and chop the mushrooms, leeks and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and put everything in it without the eggs. Wait for everything to fry well.

Add the red pepper and crack the eggs one by one.

Stir immediately to form crumbs. Wait until the eggs are ready.

Turn off and serve the scrambled eggs warm.
