How to make
Bring water in a pot to a boil and add the cleaned cauliflower. Cook for 15 minutes.
Strain the cauliflower and allow to cool. Separate into small rossettes.
Melt the butter in pan. Chop the bacon finely and saute in the butter. Add the cauliflower in a couple of minutes. Cook for 2-3 minnutes.
Whisk the eggs, add the Ricotta cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, curry powder, salt, black pepper and baking powder.
Pour the eggs in the pan and stir for a few minutes.
