  • peppers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 10
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Wash the peppers, clean them of seeds and chop them finely. To them add the mixture of whipped eggs, milk, grated feta, black pepper and salt.

Pour the mixture into a buttered tray, place pieces of butter on top and bake. Serve immediately.
