How to make
Clean the peppers of their stems and seeds. Arrange them in a shallow oven dish.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and crumble in the feta cheese. Pour in the paprika and stir well.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and pour a trickle of oil over them. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until the peppers crisp.
