How to make
Clean and cut the leeks into thin slices.
Melt and heat the butter, add the chopped leeks and fry over moderate heat until it starts to acquire a golden color. Add the flour and fry briefly.
Add the paprika, stir and pour the hot water in a stream, boil until it starts to thicken.
Add crumbled white cheese and black pepper to taste. Mix.
Once it starts to boil again remove the porridge from the heat and serve it hot.
The leeks and white cheese porridge is ready.
