How to make
The nettles are scalded and cut into small pieces.
The bulgur is washed.
The onion is cut and stewed in fat. Tomato puree, nettles and bulgur are added to it. Mix everything and pour 2-3 cups of water.
Add the spices without the salt. It is left to simmer over low heat, until the liquid is completely absorbed. It is then salted.
The nettles with bulgur dish is ready.
