How to make
Soak the bulgur for about 30 minutes in cold water. Boil the chicken, then cut it into small pieces and put them to fry in the oil. Add the chopped onions, carrots and some hot water, in order not to fry, but to stew.
Simmer for 10 minutes, add the paprika and 1 cup of chicken broth. After a while, add the bulgur as well and more of the hot broth.
After 15 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes. Simmer some more until completely soft and add the remaining spices.
