How to make
Peel the red peppers and rinse them well with cold water. Cut the peppers into medium-sized pieces.
In a suitable pot, heat the butter and fry the peppers, until the butter turns pinkish. Remove the pot from the heat and add the flour, while stirring at all times.
Place it back onto the hob for a minute, until they are fried and pour a little pre-warmed milk. Stir well to avoid any lumps.
Add a little warm water, until a thick porridge is obtained and leave it to simmer on low heat for ten minutes, by stirring occasionally, so that it does not stick.
When serving, crumble the white cheese on top and garnish it with white French bread.
The pepper porridge with white cheese is ready.
