How to make
Clean and slice the mushrooms for the porridge.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, a pinch of salt and stew until the mushrooms are cooked. Pour the white wine and leave for another minute or two, then add the flour and a little of the broth, until the desired thickness is obtained.
Finally, add the chopped garlic clove, cream and spices to taste. Stir, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
