How to make
Prepare a clay pot. In it, arrange the chopped into pieces meat, coarsely chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms.
Add the chopped parsley, spices to taste and pour on the oil and broth.
Put the clay pot to bake in a preheated 360°F (180°C) for 45-50 min. or until the meat is ready. Toward the end, beat the flour with the white wine and pour the sauce in the clay pot. Bake for another 15 min.
