Ingredients

  • pork fillet - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • apples - 1 - 2 pcs. green
  • dried blueberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • for the marinade
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • red wine - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • universal spice - 1 tsp.
  • for the sauce
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 2 cups
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the pork fillet into even pieces.

In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade and put the meat in it. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Strain them from the marinade and roll them in the flour.

Fry them in some of the fat. Add the remaining fat and fry the walnuts briefly. Remove them and add them to the meat.

In the same fat, add the apples (chopped), blueberries, honey and vinegar.

Let them caramelize. Add the flour, spices and water. Stir and add the meat and walnuts.

After 4-5 minutes, remove the dish from the heat.

The caramelized pork with fruit and walnuts is very tasty.
