How to make
Wash the mussels thoroughly and place them in a pot with a lid. Add the wine, peppercorns, hot pepper and bay leaf. Peel the garlic and cut it into circles.
Close the pot with the lid and place it on a heated hob. After a few minutes, open it up and check to see if all the mussels have opened up. If so, they are ready.
Turn off the heat and transfer them into a deep bowl. Pour everything into it, even the broth. Serve the seafood immediately while the mussels with white wine and garlic are warm.
