How to make
Cut the garlic into small pieces and fry them in a little fat for a minute or two.
Then, add the shrimp, bay leaf, parsley and white wine. Add as much salt and black pepper as you like.
You should not cook the shrimp for too long, because they can turn out too tough. Once the wine boils, leave them on the stove for another 10 minutes.
Leave them for another 5 minutes in the sauce, so that the flavors can mix well.
