Ingredients

  • shrimp - 10 oz (280 g)
  • fettuccine - 8 oz (230 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • butter - 1.6 oz (45 g)
  • dry white wine - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • lemon juice - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • lemon peel - from 1 lemon
  • parmesan - 0.9 oz (25 g), grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 2 tbsp, chopped

How to make

Boil water in a large pot. Add salt.

Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to the instructions on the package. Strain when done.

Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat olive oil, add the cleaned shrimp, season with salt and black pepper. Cook until nicely browned - about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Add the garlic, black pepper and paprika, cook for 1 more minute.

Add the butter, leave it to melt, stir. Add the white wine, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt and black pepper.

Cook the pasta sauce, until half the liquid has evaporated.

Add the strained pasta, chopped parsley and Parmesan.
