How to make
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and fry them in olive oil (on low heat) - for 6 minutes on both sides.
Add the white wine into the pan, the crushed garlic and a spoonful of finely chopped dill.
Turn and leave it to simmer for a few more minutes.
Remove the salmon, add the lemon juice, butter and cook for 2 minutes.
Drizzle the salmon with the sauce from the pan.
Sprinkle it with finely chopped dill, then serve the fried fish with lemon slices.
The salmon with spices and white wine is ready.
