Ingredients

  • mackerel - 1 big fish
  • for the marinade
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • lemons - juice of 1 lemon
  • black pepper
  • salt - salt to taste
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp thick

How to make

Wash and clean the mackerel viscera and fins. All products for the marinade are mixed well.

Preheat a greased grill. Soak each mackerel in the marinade for a while before you throw it on the grill.

Grill the mackerel on both sides. When flipping them over, be careful not to crush them. Serve the grilled mackerel with a side of fries or other vegetables.
