Ingredients

  • mackerel - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper grains

How to make

The mackerel is washed, cleaned and cut into pieces (it must be frozen).

Peel, wash and cut the onion into strips.

Also peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop the bay leaf. Put the mackerel, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, bay leaf and black pepper in a bowl.

Mix all of the products well.

Put the products in a jar, by pressing tightly the marinated fish and leave it in the refrigerator for a day.
