Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • allspice

How to make

Clean and wash the mushrooms in plenty of water, put them in boiling salted water and boil until soft.

Drain, cut them into strips and put them in jars. The jars should already contain a bay leaf, black pepper peppercorns, allspice, salt, 1 tablespoon oil, 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of vinegar.

Top with water, put the caps on and sterilize for 1 hour (after the water boils).
