How to make
Wash the cabbage. Chop into bite sized chunks.
Start filling the clean jars with cabbage. Slightly press the cabbage, until the jar is full to the rim.
Pour the salted water to cover the cabbage. Seal and shake each jar a few times.
Preserve in cool and dark place.
It is recommended to shake the jars once a day. In three weeks you will have tasty, tender pickled cabbage.
We suggest the use of glass containers instead of plastic.
