How to make
For this tomato soup base, select well-ripened tomatoes. Wash them, cut them into pieces and grind them with a blender.
If you wish, you can scald them briefly and remove the skin.
Cut the carrots and peppers into small pieces and finely chop the parsley. Mix all the vegetables, add a little salt and stir.
The soup base mixture is distributed in small jars, which are then sterilized for about 30 minutes after the water boils.
