"Kids love homemade food, especially when it comes to delicious tomato soup"

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (fresh or canned)
  • carrot - 1/3 pcs.
  • celery - one thin slice
  • onion - 1/3 of an onion
  • rice - 1/2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 level top tsp.
  • milk - 3 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1/2 pc.
  • butter - 1/2 level top tbsp. (melted)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • water - 500 ml

How to make

The cleaned carrot and celery are poured with water and boiled, until they soften.

Add the tomatoes, peeled and grated on a grater and the rice. Boil, until everything is fully cooked. Add salt and sugar to the cooked soup.

It is thickened with a boiled thickener from milk, egg, flour and butter.

Once cool, puree the tomato soup.

The Tomato Soup for Babies is ready.
