Ingredients

  • onion - 1/4 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 1/2 pc.
  • zucchini - 1/2 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1/2 pc.
  • noodles - 1 pinch
  • oil
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • fresh parsley - 1 sprig
  • dried thyme - 1 pinch
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 1 tsp.
  • water - 500 ml

How to make

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and tomato on a fine grater and dice the zucchini and potato.

Pour the water into a pot and put it on the stove. Put the onion and carrot to boil. Then add the potato and zucchini. Add the tomato towards the end.

During cooking, when the vegetables have softened, add the noodles, parsley, a little oil and a pinch of salt.

Once the vegetable soup is done, remove it from the heat. In a bowl, beat the thickener. Mix the egg yolk, milk and add a little of the broth to them. Then add them in a thin stream to the cooled baby soup and mix well.

P.S. The vegetable soup for babies is suitable for children over 10 months. If the child still cannot chew, it is best to puree the soup before serving it.
