  • chicken breast - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • green peppers - 1/2 pc.
  • celery - 1 pc.
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • curry
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • soup noodles - 2 handfuls
  • for the thickener
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • yolk - 1 pc
  • flour - 1 tbsp. (with a tip)

How to make

Put the meat in a pot of water with a little salt on the stove.

Boil, until it's fully cooked.

Take it out, cool it and shred the meat and strain the chicken broth.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onion, carrot, celery and green pepper.

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.

In a pot, heat 3-4 tbsp. of fat and stew the vegetables.

Pour the broth and add the spices and tomato puree.
