How to make
Put the meat in a pot of water with a little salt on the stove.
Boil, until it's fully cooked.
Take it out, cool it and shred the meat and strain the chicken broth.
Peel, wash and finely chop the onion, carrot, celery and green pepper.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
In a pot, heat 3-4 tbsp. of fat and stew the vegetables.
Pour the broth and add the spices and tomato puree.
Boil on low heat, until it's fully cooked.
Ten minutes before it is ready, add the noodles and meat.
Make the thickener for the soup. Mix the yolk, yogurt and flour with a wire whisk.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Put a ladle of broth in the thickener. Stir and add a second ... until the temperatures are even.
Pour the mixture into the pot and place the delicious chicken soup back onto the stove.
Wait for it to boil and remove the chicken soup for the soul from the heat.
