Wash the beef tripe very thoroughly, rinse and put it to boil.
After it's boiled, cut it into tiny cubes....

Clean the tripe and put it to boil in a pressure cooker with the chopped onions and salt to taste.
Cut the boiled tripe into cubes....

Heat the beef broth and add the chopped tripe. Add another 2 cups of water. Boil on low heat for about 10 minutes....

Wait for it to come to a boil, then remove from the stove and add the spices - salt, black pepper, spearmint and paprika....

Pour enough water to cover the products for the beef soup.
Close it and wait for the lid to lift up. Cook for half an hour....

Ingredients: 28 oz beef tripe, 17.5 oz deboned beef shanks, 1 onion head, 7 garlic cloves, 5 medium dried chili...

Add the tripe immediately, 5 tbsp. of the broth and black pepper.
Stew the stewed beef tripe for 10 minutes under a lid....

Let everything boil for another 30 minutes. Serve the beef tripe stew with grated cheese and some chopped parsley....

The tripe is washed and put in a saucepan with cold water to boil over high heat for about an hour - hour and a half....
