"Quick and easy to make rabbit noodle soup"

Ingredients

  • rabbit meat - 7 oz (200 g) deboned
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1/2 pcs.
  • spring onions - 2 stalks
  • oil
  • instant noodles - 1 package (40 - 50 g)
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1 tsp.

How to make

The carrot is peeled and washed. Cut it into equally long strips.

Wash the zucchini well. Cut it into slices of the same length as the carrots. Each of the slices is cut into strips.

The onion is cleaned and washed. It is cut into strips of the same length as the other vegetables.

The rabbit meat is cooked in advance and it is shredded.

Heat oil in the pot.

The carrots and zucchini are fried. The carrot releases a very nice color to the broth of the soup.
